What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, the role you need, your area, and any details you choose to add. If you apply as a candidate we additionally collect your CNIC details, address, work history and references.

How we use it

Client enquiries are used solely to contact you about your staffing requirement and to match suitable candidates. Candidate information is used to verify identity and work history, and is shared with prospective employers only in connection with a specific placement.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party. We do not send marketing messages to numbers that contacted us about a single enquiry unless you ask us to stay in touch.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for two years so we can honour the replacement guarantee and handle repeat requests. Candidate verification files are kept for the duration of a placement plus the guarantee period. You may ask us to delete your record at any time by emailing info@hirestaffislamabad.com.
