How hiring through us works
No advance payment, no hidden charges, and nothing owed unless someone actually starts working for you. Here is the whole process, start to finish.
1. Free consultation
Call, WhatsApp or submit the form. We take a proper brief, the role, your area, working hours, whether you want live-in or day shift, family or team size, languages, and your realistic budget. If your budget doesn't match the market rate for that role, we tell you then rather than wasting three days of your time.
2. Screening and verification
We search our area-specific candidate pool and run the checks: original CNIC verified, two previous employers called, permanent address confirmed with a guarantor, and role-specific testing, a cooking trial, a driving test on your own car, a trade skills check. Police character certificates are arranged on request and are mandatory for security placements.
3. Shortlist within 48 hours
You receive 2–4 profiles with experience, verified CNIC details, reference notes and expected salary. Not a stack of twenty CVs to sift through, a short, genuinely relevant list.
4. You interview
Meet the candidates at your home or office so you can judge the fit in the actual environment. We can attend if you'd prefer, and we help with the salary and duties negotiation if you want us to.
5. Placement and paperwork
Once you choose someone, we prepare a written agreement covering salary, duties, working hours, leave and notice period, and hand you the full verification file including the guarantor's details.
6. Follow-up and guarantee
We check in during the first week and again at one month. If the placement fails at any point in the first six months, they leave, or they simply aren't right, we replace them free of charge under our 6 months free replacement.

When exactly do I pay?
Only after your chosen staff member has actually started work. One month's salary, charged only after a successful placement. There is no registration fee, no search fee, no advance and no monthly commission. If you interview ten candidates and hire none of them, you owe us nothing.
Why is the fee one month's salary?
It is the established standard across Islamabad and Rawalpindi, and it aligns our interests with yours, the fee scales with the seniority of the role, and because we only earn on a successful start, we have every reason to screen properly rather than send whoever is available.
What does the 6-month replacement guarantee actually cover?
If the staff member resigns, absconds, or turns out to be unsuitable for your household or business within six months of joining, we source and place a replacement at no additional fee. The guarantee resets is not unlimited, it runs for six months from the original joining date, but there is no cap on how many replacements we make within that window.
Do you handle the salary payment?
No, for domestic placements you pay the staff member directly, which keeps the relationship simple. For corporate HR outsourcing we can run payroll on your behalf as a separate managed service.
What if I need someone urgently, today?
Tell us it's urgent. We maintain a standby pool for the roles that genuinely can't wait, patient attendants, security guards, drivers and can often place same-day. The verification is never skipped; we simply prioritise candidates whose checks are already complete.
Do you charge the staff member anything?
No. We do not take any fee, deposit or salary deduction from candidates. Charging job seekers is common in this industry and it is exactly why so many placements collapse, the person starts the job already in debt. Our income comes only from the client-side placement fee.
