Why we started

Almost every family in Islamabad has the same story: a maid hired through a neighbour's reference who stopped showing up after three weeks, a driver whose CNIC nobody ever saw, a guard whose address turned out not to exist. The domestic staffing market here runs on word of mouth and hope.

We built HireStaff Islamabad to replace that with something checkable. Every candidate's identity, address and work history is verified before they are ever offered to a client, and the file is handed to you in writing. If a placement fails, we replace it free for six months, a promise that only makes commercial sense if the screening is real.

What makes us different

We keep separate candidate pools for each sector and society we serve. It is more work than running one central list, but proximity is the strongest single predictor of whether a placement survives past month three. A maid commuting ninety minutes from Rawat to F-7 will quit, no matter how good she is.

We also refuse to charge candidates. Fees, deposits and salary deductions from job seekers are routine in this industry, and they are the reason so many placements collapse, the person arrives already in debt to the agency that placed them. Our income comes entirely from the client-side placement fee.
